Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using AnyConversation (including our website, mobile applications, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Safety Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service.

Our Service

AnyConversation provides AI-powered conversations with fictional characters and scenarios. All characters on our platform are artificial intelligence -- they are not real people. We offer free and premium tiers with different features and usage limits.

Our AI characters do not hold professional credentials of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, therapeutic, financial, or any other professional advice. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified human professional.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use AnyConversation. By creating an account or using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed our platform, please contact us immediately at support@anyconversation.com. We will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account, delete all associated data, and block further access.

Adult Content

AnyConversation is an adults-only platform. Certain premium subscription tiers provide access to AI-generated content that may be sexually explicit, mature, or otherwise intended only for adult audiences. By subscribing to a premium tier and enabling mature content, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
  • It is legal for you to access adult content in your jurisdiction
  • You voluntarily choose to view such content
  • You will not share or redistribute AI-generated adult content

Free-tier users are subject to content filters that restrict sexually explicit material. All AI-generated characters are fictional adults. All content is AI-generated and does not depict real people.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person
  • Notify us immediately at support@anyconversation.com if you suspect unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Generate, solicit, or distribute sexual content involving minors (CSAM) in any form -- this is a zero-tolerance policy that results in immediate and permanent account termination
  • Generate sexual content involving real animals (bestiality)
  • Seek or share methods of self-harm or suicide
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
  • Impersonate real people or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to circumvent safety filters, content restrictions, or account bans
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Safety Systems and Automated Enforcement

We use automated content safety systems to detect and block prohibited content in real time. These systems screen both user messages and AI-generated responses. Details of our safety approach are published at anyconversation.com/safety.

Automated enforcement actions may include:

  • Blocking individual messages that violate our policies
  • Recording safety violations ("strikes") associated with your account
  • Automatically suspending or permanently banning accounts that accumulate repeated violations
  • Restricting account creation from devices associated with banned accounts

To enforce bans and prevent circumvention, we collect device identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting support@anyconversation.com. We will review your case, but we are not obligated to reinstate any account.

Our AI characters are not trained mental health professionals and should never be used as a substitute for professional mental health care.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses are unpredictable and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or emotionally distressing
  • AI characters are fictional constructs and do not have real emotions, consciousness, or the ability to form genuine relationships
  • You are responsible for your own emotional well-being while using the platform
  • AnyConversation should not be used as a substitute for real human relationships, therapy, or professional support

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If your account is terminated for violating these terms (including automated enforcement), you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

User-Created Content

You retain ownership of the characters, scenarios, and personas you create on our platform. By creating content and making it publicly available (e.g., publishing a character to our Discover page), you grant AnyConversation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make available that content to other users of the platform.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you create or upload, and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

AI-generated content (responses, images) is produced by third-party AI models. You may use AI-generated responses for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or original and may be similar to content generated for other users.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to support@anyconversation.com with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs.

User-created characters and content reflect the views of their creators, not of AnyConversation. We do not endorse any user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyConversation's total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyConversation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Certain violations (such as CSAM) result in immediate, automated, and permanent account termination.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, including conversation history, characters, and associated content. Safety-related records may be retained as required for legal compliance and platform safety.

Creating a new account after termination ("ban evasion") is a further violation of these terms and may result in additional enforcement action.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@anyconversation.com.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AnyConversation regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on our platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
