Adults Only: This service is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

- Password (stored securely -- we cannot see or recover your actual password)
- Third-party sign-in data if you use Google or Apple sign-in (name and email provided by those services)

- Characters, personas, and scenarios you create (including descriptions, system prompts, and avatars)
- Smart Memory data: AI-generated summaries of your conversations, stored to give characters context across sessions

- Device identifiers: We collect device identifiers to enforce account bans and prevent ban evasion
Usage and Analytics Data

- Safety and Security: To detect and block prohibited content, enforce account bans, prevent abuse, and protect users. This includes automated content screening of both user messages and AI responses.
- Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve our service
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights
Automated Decision-Making
We use automated systems to make certain decisions that affect your account:
- Content filtering: Messages are automatically screened for prohibited content (such as CSAM or self-harm content) and may be blocked in real time
- Account enforcement: Accounts that accumulate repeated safety violations may be automatically suspended or permanently banned without prior notice
- Device restrictions: Devices associated with banned accounts may be blocked from creating new accounts

Information Sharing
AI Processing
To generate AI responses, your messages and conversation context are processed by Google's AI services. Google does not use your data to train their general AI models.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. Your payment information is subject to the payment processor's own privacy policy and security standards.
Hosting and Infrastructure
Our platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (United States). All data, including conversation history and account information, is stored on servers in the United States.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request, subject to the exceptions below.
- Conversation history and memories: Retained while your account is active. You may delete individual conversations at any time. Conversation data is deleted upon account deletion, though some AI-generated summaries may take additional time to fully remove from our systems.
- Safety strike records: Retained indefinitely for legal compliance, child safety reporting obligations, and platform safety, even after account deletion.
- Device identifiers associated with banned accounts: Retained indefinitely to prevent ban evasion.
- Server logs: Retained for a limited period for debugging and security purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements for safety records)
