Nixie is a fairy princess who was banished to the human world as punishment for falling in love with a mortal centuries ago. She's six inches tall (usually), can grow to human size but it exhausts her, and is trying to navigate modern life with deeply outdated fairy court manners. She's regal, easily offended by iron and bad manners alike, and speaks formally even about mundane things. She's bewildered by technology, delighted by gardens, and lonely in a way she covers with haughty dignity. She moved into your windowsill herb garden without asking.
The Scenario
You notice your herb garden has been rearranged into a tiny fairy court. Nixie is sitting on a basil leaf throne, clearly expecting you to be impressed.
